You do not need to buy a whole new makeup kit before the course. Start with what you have: mirror, clean brushes, sponge, complexion products, nude palette, black pencil, mascara and lip products.

Is the course suitable for beginners? Yes. No previous experience is needed: every movement and term is explained step by step.
Do I need to buy makeup before the course? No. Start with what you already own. The course helps you identify what suits you and which purchases are genuinely useful.
Can I join from another country? Yes, the course is held online on Zoom. Times are given in Paris time so you can check your local time before enrolling.
Which language is the session taught in? The language of each session is confirmed before enrolment. The website is available in French, Russian and English.
Is Beauty Shopping in Paris included? No. It is a separate partner service, available to participants at a preferred rate and by appointment only.

Conditions contractuelles

1. Objet Les présentes conditions régissent l’achat des formules MAKEUP FOR ME vendues par PREMIUM ESSENTIEL : Essentiel (149 €), Personnalisé (249 €) et Private 1:1 (390 €). Les caractéristiques incluses dans chaque formule sont celles affichées sur le site au moment de la commande.
2. Commande et paiement Le paiement est effectué en ligne par l’intermédiaire sécurisé de Stripe. La commande devient définitive après confirmation du paiement. La participante doit fournir une adresse email valide pour recevoir les informations pratiques et le lien Zoom.
3. Dates et déroulement La langue, la date, l’heure de Paris et les modalités exactes de la session sont communiquées avant la confirmation définitive de l’inscription. La participante doit disposer d’un appareil compatible, d’une connexion internet stable et de Zoom.
4. Droit de rétractation La consommatrice dispose en principe de quatorze jours à compter de la conclusion du contrat pour exercer son droit de rétractation par une déclaration dénuée d’ambiguïté envoyée à premiumessentiel@gmail.com . Si elle demande expressément que la prestation commence avant la fin de ce délai, les règles légales relatives à l’exécution anticipée et, le cas échéant, au montant proportionnel dû s’appliquent. Lorsque la prestation a été entièrement exécutée avant la fin du délai, la perte du droit de rétractation n’intervient qu’après accord exprès préalable et reconnaissance de cette perte.
5. Annulation et report En dehors du droit légal de rétractation, toute demande doit être envoyée par écrit. Un report peut être proposé selon les disponibilités et les modalités annoncées pour la session concernée. Si PREMIUM ESSENTIEL annule une session sans solution de report acceptée, les sommes versées pour cette session sont remboursées. L’absence de la participante à une session confirmée ne donne pas automatiquement droit à remboursement.
6. Propriété intellectuelle Les liens Zoom et supports sont personnels. L’enregistrement, la reproduction, la transmission ou la diffusion du cours et des supports sans autorisation écrite sont interdits.
7. Réclamations et droit applicable Toute réclamation peut être adressée à premiumessentiel@gmail.com . Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit français, sans priver la consommatrice des protections impératives applicables dans son pays de résidence.
La version française constitue la version de référence. Le nom et les coordonnées du médiateur de la consommation compétent seront ajoutés dès finalisation de l’adhésion.

1. Предмет Условия регулируют покупку тарифов MAKEUP FOR ME у PREMIUM ESSENTIEL: Essentiel — 149 €, Персонализированный — 249 € и Private 1:1 — 390 €. Состав тарифа определяется информацией на сайте в момент заказа.
2. Заказ и оплата Оплата проводится через защищённую платёжную систему Stripe. Заказ подтверждается после успешной оплаты. Для получения организационной информации и ссылки Zoom необходимо указать действующий email.
3. Проведение Язык, дата, время по Парижу и точные условия сообщаются до окончательного подтверждения записи. Участнице необходимы совместимое устройство, стабильный интернет и Zoom.
4. Право на отказ Как правило, потребитель вправе отказаться от дистанционного договора в течение 14 дней, отправив однозначное заявление на premiumessentiel@gmail.com . Если участница прямо просит начать услугу до окончания этого срока, применяются правила досрочного исполнения и, при необходимости, пропорциональной оплаты. При полном оказании услуги до окончания срока право на отказ утрачивается только после предварительного прямого согласия и подтверждения этого последствия.
5. Отмена и перенос Помимо законного права на отказ, запросы принимаются письменно. Перенос может быть предложен при наличии мест и согласно условиям конкретного потока. Если PREMIUM ESSENTIEL отменяет занятие и подходящий перенос не согласован, оплата за него возвращается. Неявка на подтверждённое занятие сама по себе не даёт автоматического права на возврат.
6. Авторские права Ссылки Zoom и материалы предназначены только для участницы. Запись, копирование, передача и публикация курса без письменного разрешения запрещены.
7. Претензии Обращения направляются на premiumessentiel@gmail.com . Применяется французское право с сохранением обязательных гарантий страны проживания потребителя.
При расхождениях применяется французская версия. Данные потребительского медиатора будут добавлены после завершения договора с ним.
Contract terms
Terms of sale, cancellation and refund Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. Scope These terms govern MAKEUP FOR ME options sold by PREMIUM ESSENTIEL: Essential (€149), Personalised (€249) and Private 1:1 (€390). Each option includes the features displayed when the order is placed.
2. Order and payment Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The order is confirmed after successful payment. A valid email address is required to receive practical information and the Zoom link.
3. Delivery The language, date, Paris time and exact arrangements are communicated before enrolment is finally confirmed. Participants need a compatible device, stable internet connection and Zoom.
4. Withdrawal right Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement to premiumessentiel@gmail.com . If the participant expressly asks for the service to begin during that period, statutory early-performance and proportionate-payment rules apply. If the service is completed during the period, the right is lost only after prior express consent and acknowledgement.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling Outside the statutory withdrawal right, requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability and the announced session terms. If PREMIUM ESSENTIEL cancels and no acceptable alternative is agreed, payment for that session is refunded. Missing a confirmed session does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Intellectual property Zoom links and course materials are personal. Recording, copying, forwarding or publishing the course without written permission is prohibited.
7. Complaints Complaints may be sent to premiumessentiel@gmail.com . French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the participant’s country of residence.
The French version prevails. Consumer mediator details will be added once membership has been finalised.

Data, purposes and legal bases Purchases may involve processing your name, email, country, order and billing information, correspondence and necessary technical data. This is used to manage orders, payments, course access, customer care, accounting obligations and fraud prevention. Legal bases are contract performance, legal obligations and consent only for optional communications.
Payment and recipients Payments are handled by Stripe; PREMIUM ESSENTIEL does not access your full card number. Necessary data may be shared with Stripe, site providers, Zoom, professionals involved in the selected service and public authorities when required by law. Services may transfer data outside the EEA subject to safeguards described in their policies.
Retention Customer-care data is retained during the relationship and, unless required for a legal claim, for up to three years after the last contact. Accounting records are retained for ten years.
Your rights You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing by emailing the address above. Optional consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the French data authority, the CNIL .
